X-ray
Blood – CBC, ESR ,CRP , Blood C/S
Joint fluid analysis ,c/s and G-staining
USG
MRI – In doubtful cases but not always

Investigations –Shoulder Rotator cuff tear
X-ray
MRI +/- Arthrography
Arthroscopy
CT – to see loss of bone stock .
