 1. Thumb arthrodesis

  2. Fingers - Zancoli capuslodesis - MCP joint of all fingers

 3. Release tendon sheath of flexor tendons

  4. ECRL to FDP (on radial border )

  5. Bachilradialis to FPL

  6. ECU to EPB on Ulnar side

  7. Amputate IF and fold radiallyinnervated dorsal flap into palm for sensation.
