Low grade -    Extended Curettage

Those with higher grade and soft tissue extension
     
                      Radical resection

                      amputation

                      Recurrence < 10 %

                      90 % survival rate at 10 years for low grade tumors ,20-40 % for high grade tumors.
               
                      Prognosis depends on size , grade and location.
