Non accidental Injury 

    injury deliberately inflicted by a parent or a care-giver.

    Risks- first born, premature babies ,step child, family history of abuse, parents IV drug abusers 

      


Treatment 

    Gallows traction with a radiographs at 2-3/52 to show callus formation and then gentle mobilization     as comfort allows 

    Hip Spica
